429Detail - Terms of Service

1. General
By booking a service through our website or providing your contact information, you agree to the terms outlined below. 429Detail reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Service Area
We provide mobile detailing services for cars, boats, and RVs throughout the Brainerd Lakes Area, including Crow Wing, Morrison, Mille Lacs, Cass, and Aitkin Counties, within approximately a 40+ mile radius of Baxter, MN.

3. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked through our website (www.429detail.com) or by phone at (218) 831‑7671. You will receive a confirmation upon booking. To cancel, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

4. Day of Service
We aim to arrive within a 30-minute window of your scheduled time. If delays occur, we will contact you promptly. Please remove all personal items from the vehicle and ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location. Water and electricity access may be required depending on the service.

5. Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather conditions, services may be rescheduled for safety reasons. We will notify you to arrange a new date as needed.

6. Pricing and Payment
Prices listed on the website are estimates. The final cost will be confirmed before service begins and may vary based on the condition of the vehicle (e.g., pet hair, stains, excessive dirt, or headliner cleaning). Payment is due upon completion. Accepted payment methods include Credit & Debit Cards, Checks, Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

7. Liability
429Detail is a fully licensed and insured business. We take pride in delivering high-quality service using professional-grade tools, products, and techniques to protect your vehicle during the detailing process.

However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, wear, or material failure present in the vehicle prior to the start of service, including but not limited to:

  • Damage hidden under dirt, dust, stains, pet hair, or other interior buildup

  • Scratches, tears, discoloration, fading, or weakened upholstery

  • Malfunctioning electronics, sensors, or controls

  • Loose trim, broken cupholders, or cracked panels that were previously compromised

Due to the nature of detailing, such issues may only become visible after cleaning is performed. Our responsibility is limited to the work performed and does not extend to damage that was already present or worsened due to existing material fatigue.

Clients are encouraged to inspect and document the condition of their vehicle prior to service and to inform our team of any known problem areas. If we identify concerns before starting the job, we will point them out and may request written acknowledgment before proceeding.

8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information (name, phone number, address, email, VIN) is used solely for scheduling and service-related purposes. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

9. Policy Updates
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
